I did something I've been putting off for way too long: I completely scrapped my welcome email sequence and rebuilt it from scratch.

The old sequence had been sitting there for years. Same 13 emails, same content, same approach. And It just wasn't doing what I needed it to do anymore.

Don't get me wrong—the advice in there was solid. But it felt stale. There was nothing in there about AI search, nothing about the Search Evolution Strategy I've been developing, nothing about how my services have evolved over the last couple of years.

So I finally bit the bullet and started over.

What's different about the new sequence
